Our approach evaluates both physical and process barriers to improve customer outcomes. This evaluation is beyond regulatory minimums and instead provides a focus on the how sometimes the small and thoughful changes can make a large difference to the well being of all people and deliver increased satisfaction, value and equity of experience.
About World Class Tourism
Our Story
World Class Tourism began in 2010, founded by Geoff Penrose, CEO of Qualmark New Zealand from 2005-2010 and has provided tourism standards assurance services across europe, asia and the pacific. Geoff was an Assurance panel member at the Global Sustainable Tourism Council from 2011 to 2023 and from 2014 specalised in assuring universal design across the built environment.
Our passion is to ensure that the changing needs of elderly and disabled people are understood and that the cruise and retirement sectors deliver experiences that help us all enjoy the good lives we want to live.
